This actually looks like we may get a prospectus well before 12 months in my view. 342 million shares could do some damage if he wanted to offload, but by agreeing to a voluntary escrow gives a signal that he has no intension of that and he has faith in the company to grow. As you said the company now knows the total amount of shares to be taken to the IPO. Last shuffle of the deck chairs.
