    "rolling convertible bond" ????

    any ideas anyone? it is strange to say the least especially with $40mill or so in the bank.

    possibility's

    1) brye = maybe blocking a takeover
    2) grangeh = maybe need access to more capital, softening the blow maybe
    3) soredawg = keeping the facilitator happy
    4) makattack = gentleman's agreement to keep provider on side
    5) dengot = something to do with ducks or money to buy our own rig (possibly)


    any others?
