I am by no means a business strategist, so can someone please explain to me why they continue to dilute the share pool, with $40m or so in the bank? I would have thought issuing more shares would take place when capital is low.
I also figure that since management has a lot more invested (and therefore more to lose) than any of us atm, so hopefully whatever their plan is, it's a surefire one.
