Correct me if I'm wrong. But NVX can't have any offtakes because there's no product to test.
Until Gen 3 or is it Gen 3A now? becomes the final version then there's no product for any offtakes to even test.
We then have to wait for 1yr+ for the battery makers to test the product before any BOA would be announced.
