    @McDuff I am always reading your posts, can I ask if you think there would be a capital raising issue with this deal?

    I would say not as gridcomm are an established business and wouldn't need too. However I did get a little burnt on PLP (still came out 100% up) but wasn't expecting that.

    Any thoughts on things that could send the SP down after Ann besides dilution?
