sorry, cant advise.. but opinions and judgements are needed on balance sheets here.. do your maths on liabilities imho
potential is what you see in a share.
leverage is leverage.. having 20 or 30 or 80% is something you must take responsibility for when your directing whatever capital is available in a company.. it would dictate longevity in that play and dictate what true potential can be realised for what ever leverage you have..
