Logistics provider Toll Holdings Ltd has agreed to acquire all of the shares in Perkins Group Holdings Pty Ltd, which is the parent of the Perkins Shipping Group

Is this a sign of things to come.

Yesterday announcement may be the start of takeover talks between Toll Holdings and Mermaid Marine Australia

TOL and MRM jointly own a supply base in Broome which services the oil and gas industry

Mermaid Marine Australia and Perkins Shipping share an address in Darwin

Coincidence, maybe, but I dont think so

I am actually surprised that no brokerage house has put something in writing to the media in regards to the above
