That wouldn't surprise me as I used to live in Broome and their base at the port looks very cramped with TOL and MRM sharing essentially the same space. Although TOL have bigger premises closer to town along Port Drive.
I always used to drive past them and think that it looks like a perfect opportunity for TOL to 'gobble' up their junior neighbour. I guess MRM don't need a big sapce as a base as their work is on the water in their ships, so to speak.
All my speculative opinion so who knows!
