There's an entire industry of speculative junior explorers and developers on the ASX. I would suggest if timeframes for production is your primary concern then the first thing to do is dust off your Excel software and measure the prospective time to production for every junior on the ASX, then compare it to the market valuation.

If after this level of research you find that time to production is a factor in valuation then you can be the one to bring it to the table - otherwise, asking this question ad nauseum is getting tiresome quite quickly.
