As far as mine life, I think that is simply the known unknown with complex orebodies. Once you discover an ore body you want to devour it within say 10 to 15 years, sooner if possible. But the unknown on such lightly drilled tenements is what is yet to be found.
I am sure the industry has sophisticated guessometers but for me I am betting that the ground is good enough that switching from the usual NPV approach to a PE approach based on say the 30ktpa might be sensible. This really only leaves pon as the main uncertainly.
On a reserves basis WSA's EV is quite expensive, however that simply misses the point that they've only started scratching the surface.
