    Hi Bubby,
    I think Wubing is referencing the settlement date. ie if you bought Friday, you wouldn't actually settle till say Wednesday as the current ASX system is a T+3 (days) settlement process. Therefore you would not be 'on-record' at the 21st. Happy to be corrected.
