    In a commodity market like we have buyers are going to feel a whole lot better when the finance is inked. I intend to add more when its official.

    Low Risk massive upside when buying after the announcement i disagree its factored in - it hit 10 cents when first announced and has drifted down on execution risk (real or perceived)
