I reckon there will be an announcement like "We've raised $20m and PRIME is moving ahead fast". There may even be a photocopied cheque like there was last year.
Then over time there will be problems. Caused by the outgoing board members, the old auditors, or some shareholders who asked too many questions and 2013 will be a replay of 2012 which is replay of 2011 which is a repeat of.....
Lather, Rinse, Repeat.....
