1.7 is historically strong resistance - I would be very surprised if the share price managed to crack this without news. If so - then that is a very bullish signal. Not sure regarding Indosat, but I would suggest that this is a separate issue to a binding contract being signed with TV2 - which you would ordinarily expect to occur much earlier than the commencement of the service delivery. While the staging site indicates progress, I find it bizarre that TV2 would be completing this work without a binding contract in place. That is an incredibly reckless commercial approach.
