lack of backed up annoucements from the company, slow exploration and drilling speeds and more exicting and more looseley held stocks ( RAU , CVI, GNL etc) whose volumes have spiked allowing day traders liquidity to do their thing. Perhaps the top 20 should be selling shares to aide volumes
