    The 4.1 mill was based on 75mill shares and they got 50 mill...all nice round numbers...maybe Pattos Board met and could only agree on 50 mill in the end.

    Maybe Dalt Halgren convinced CTP Board that they didnt need any more than $15 mill Cash in the Bank as he would flow 400 BOPD in 3 months and 1000 BOPD in 6 months.
