This is an old story..... Shareholder already paid the penalty when SP dropped from 13c to 2c...
I lately picked up some cxy shares just for the China story.... If Cougar opt to fight this in court and seek compo.... I think they can get more money out of the QLD Gov than 10 years gas production... I can list a dozen companies that got compo from Govs in the last few years .

If they do I'll be buying few more mil shares without hesitation....
