Rumour has it (have to say rumour otherwise I'll get flammed), the company will be making an announcement very soon in respect to the acquisition as mentioned in my earlier posts.
It is near completion as we speak.
(I can't say anymore than this.)
Therefore, we might see a possible breakout before the the announcement.
