One thing I don't think has been stressed evry highly so far in this is that SDL have rewarded all of thier senior and mid-level management with shares and options over the last few years. Equally GJ is a siugnificant shareholder. So I think it is unlikely they would countenance an offer at 50c or anything anywhere near that knowing full well the personal effect it would have on thier own holdings. Self Interest is the most powerful of motivators. So I think that the T/O is the last outcome any of them want to get regardless of other considerations.
