Yes....we are at the bottom of the uptrend channel. Pull back has been on relatively low volume which is a good sign. We are all anticipating the news that is coming and one would assume it will be about 1) transaction levels after DC 2) revenue flows after DC from which one can extrapolate future revenue flows 3) debt reduction i.e Bendigo takes SPS off CUS hands at end of June for memory and cancels the $5M loan. 4) business update going forward. I think this is one of the most important updates they have ever released as if they give information to the market that permits future profits to be predicted with some certainty then the stock will be re-rated. Question is to what extent has CUS already been re-rated with the recent stellar SP performance ? What do I think ? Anything over $3.50 after the next 12 months I would be tempted to sell....but if for example they are paying a 7 - 8% franked dividend then I'd be tempted to hold on.
