Exactly which "fine print" are you referring to? Sounds like a cryptic comment with little substance to me.
I have read the whole announcement twice and see nothing that is of major concern. Yes the possibility of having to pay out another 2mill or so is not great - but hey the MCap has dropped over 10mill in the past two weeks so go figure?
The need for immediate funding from debt is quite normal in this situation. Again, I think this is more than factored into the price at this point in time.
We have a potential 60 wells here to drill. This is just a blowout on one well. All par for the course in O&G.
