Yeah thanx Moonta....I had to sell for me house deposit at 1.8c and 1.9c and wasn't really wanting too coz of the SPP. But my sweet lady solicitor insisted I did so.....she paid for herself in a way!! Oh shes a good woman!
Looks like a bargain now tho at 1.2c or lower. Im sure this relief well do the goods!
