    They are now either formulating a request or working already on the news to be released.

    If there was insider knowledge then that would explain this mornings buying. The rest was followers.

    A P&D is hardly to be done here as there are just 250m shares on the ASX register. The bulk load is traded in London on the AIM.

    I would be very surprised to read something about an CR on the ASX.
