I get the impression from reading this that POC1 is still 3-6 months away, not necessarily due to any particular set backs, but more so to do with the fact that the time line is what it is and that there's still a bit of water to go under the bridge before we're in a position to agree terms.

sounds like BBI is about 35% complete, assuming phases are all of equal duration.

Chinese IVD sounds like it may not be so soon.. anywhere from 1-3 months i'd say..
