I think we all want to drive the price to it's highest level (unless you're trying to pick up more), regardless of the percentage it makes up in your portfolio. To use your words, I like money.

I've been around the forum since 2010, and I rarely come to anyone's defence, and not that TV needs it, but I suppose that's what I'm doing. I don't always agree with TV, but I rarely find fault with his research. Yes, he often skips the negatives, but I've never seen him crucify anyone for pointing them out. Suppose he's a glass half full guy.

Beyond this, in the 3 years I've been around, I haven't seen a change in his style of posts. It's always been framed in a positive way for ADO, but the research is solid as is his professional approach to this forum.
