i think the easiest way to handle someone like the kat is not put him on ignore but purely just ignore him altogether and make no comment at all on any of his comments. Stay focussed to what its all about and that's a successful ADO business.
Anyway IMO i think the quarterly was great and they need to continue the focus they obviously already have.
