    speaking about the 23rd deadline on brr, bond said that an announcement would be made regarding the next steps forward.

    i would assume this would be some sort of commitment to finalise the negotiations with one interested party. so either xinhuin (SP?) will confirm their purchase at whatever price, or another party will be confirmed to finalise the transaction.

    either way, happy days for LNC.
