The placement was made to sophisticated investors as per usual. What will be interesting will be if any of them are names we know well ie recognised tech companies or players. If that is the case it will drive the sp very hard vertically. Second as it is not a placement to existing holders in that sense the sp will not drop much if at all unless these investors are purely in it to realise a 10% gain. More likely as in most of these cr behind the scenes, the sp will continue to rise.
