    3 month candles show a classic triangle formation pinching ...... hence the 2.6 cap imposed for now IMO ..... its gotta break out one way or another. Betting on upside cos technos / chart looks a classic. If indeed there is an announcement coming to break it upward, next target IMO is 3.8 - 4.9 range. Its all a calculated punt but cant ignore what I see.
