Except that the announcement (not the bullet point summary of it) said very early Q1... I don't think 'very early' can be construed as being as late as the last week of Jan.
Maybe it was an oversight to use the term 'very early', but if it isn't then IMO, the announcement has to be this week to meet their stated timeline.
