Interim results or even final results will already be know by the board.. even if final results are known they need to "get them ready for public release" They don't just go "hey here are the results.. let's tell the world", like a few in the past.. many a meeting is held before the info is made public.. that's how big corps work.. THs are called when they release the information to the public.
