In no uncertain terms they have stated that the announcement will be delayed till Monday, different to their original plan, stated yesterday, to have the announcement out before close of business today. They are not putting an exact time on the expected time of submission on Monday. I assume that it will wait in preopen after the announcement is delivered and I am not too optimistic that we will see trading Monday.
