Yes, under good governance, there is usually a black out period for share trading by directors...irrespective...I believe it is always a good sign to see directors supporting the stock when it is near or at 12 month lows...would probably like to see them hold a lot more real shares rather than options...but at least the hurdles on the options are now actually providing some motivation...albeit minor...
