I'm no expert but I'd say that this was not the main reason why they were buying before the blackout period. I'd say they have a few more cards up their sleeve and I like the way the company presents their announcements, it shows that they have a very clear strategy and most importantly they know what they are doing. It really assures my confidence in them.

I have no doubt that they will hit gas, whether its economical or not is another ball game. One thing I do know is that they really do their homework before they decide on their actions.
