    Just a thought :

    BQT could trade as low as 12-13 cents - scarry !
    1/3 of new share coming into the Market after ssps completion - would this not mean that BQT sp would be at 2/3 of 19 cents = 12.5 cps ? Maybe not , but just a thought ....
