As a long time investor in bkp, up until last week. I now realise that bkp to survive is about to undergo damage control.
1. First step, is to unload assets. In bkp's case, sell down or sell out of their biggest asset in Mali. As the directors like to say a whopping 200,000 plus acreage.... GONE!
This saying over the last 2 years, will now be removed from the companies Vocabulary.Bkp Can no longer talk up what they dont have!
The best outcome is if they farm down and keep 3%.
What i would like to see, is all you remaining shareholders start ringing MD and ask him this question.
Why did you not drill the La Punta 2 well as per Nov 07 AGM?
Once you get the reply, then you will know what you are dealing with.
