Yep I agree.
I dont trust the timeframes. Need to understand that he doesnt control everything and gives his best for what he believes is achievable deadlines.
Overly optimistic maybe.
Generally enthusiastic maybe.
Trustworthy? Not really.
Then again depends on how you want to define trust. If its going by timelines then no. If its going by the end product and happy with delays provided criteria and milestones met then all good.
