It should be truely unlawful (for those that have lost their investment), based on the innuendo put forward by the company and that the ASX allowed such baseless unsubstantiated information be put forward by said company.

Apparently the ASX has no obligation to verify the announcements nor substantiate the information in them whilst they publish them.

Because it is what the companies put out there sometimes via the ASX that prospective shareholders can choose too or not too invest in.

And yet come July 2017 SDL the way it appears will be de-listed once the Ep92 has lapsed and it will be a strange event after so many years.
