    I am more worried that if Giulio is not on top of EP92 the funding does not even enter the equation.
    If he looses the tenement what the hell does he need funding for.
    The CLOCK is ticking Westcott and he has 90 odd days to justify his millions.
    There is no more extensions available and the government can take it for no consideration.
