Remember that BHPB is calling the shots here; not Falcon. BHPB has many irons in the fire and this is a small issue for it. It is highly likely that BHPB has not given any priority to finalising the assay results and so they will be subject to their normal turn around which is probably about 2 months.
My guess is that the results of the assays will be available to Falcon very soon and probably this week. We can expect an announcement to the market this week or next. Falcon seems to have a policy of releasing all the details to the market (as opposed to the BHPB approach).
Where we go from there is the big question.
