Not sure what you are after. After a letter of Minister of industry which was suposed to cancel MoU all major Czech media informed that it is all just political posturing. Important are lawfyl rights to leases and there is absolutely no change to that. MoU can't be really cancelled as it is not contract and most importantly EMH is the only subject allowed to get mining permissions on it's leases.

Czech most upvoted comments under such articles were mixed. Surprisingly to me more against Babis and his posturing even in Babis owned media. But sure there were also comments like "Australians can mine, but only from their side of planet".

The law is on EMH side, even with the new changes about exploration which will apply only to new exploration leases in future. For the existing leases Czech Republic will aspire to make the whole chain within the CR. As it was stated in "cancelled" MoU.

Personally I can't see state owned company like Diamo to do efficiently some exploration work even in future and see that also as only political gesture. And not only because of how poorly Diamo performs on it's mine recultivation jobs. For example just recently major stated owned lotto company ended up in insolvency. I mean company which makes huge profits doing close to nothing. That is how efficient state owned companies in the Czech Republic can be if there is no private owner who really care...
