Comprise 37,572,902 shares or 31.15% as at around October last year.

After the annual report I think anyone with a 5% plus stake
has to announce their substantial shareholding within 14 days of a 1% plus/minus event.

The only one I could see was from Robert Hunter in December.

So maybe you could infer from this that while the convertible notes put a lot of paper in people's hands, it didn't take them above 5%?

You won't have visibility of their trading activity until they hit the top 20 in next year's annual report or until the go above 5%.

The shareholder registry would be available from Link Market Services who are the registry provider to PLT. It is an open document so if you are planning a take-over you can request and buy it to mail out to shareholders etc. Looking forward to your bid ....lol.

Don't know if they'll just let you have a peek for free.

Anyway, thanks to all on the PLT thread for their previous commentary.

I must say I miss some of last year's commentators like Macrae12 and DMA. I hope they haven't totally lost faith.

    cheers
