I have re-read the announcement and think the $1m ADVANCE payment within 21 days of the signing of the agreement is important. To me that means the balance of $2m is paid when the formal agreement is signed later this year.
I don't think JRV have signed an agreement with no payment until October. Thats just my opinion I could be wrong.
