This is basically due to cashflow and earnings potential going forward, with the comment that profitable life sciences companies under 100 million market cap are like hen's teeth.

The article closes with the comment that clever investors are looking at the quality small cap companies in the sector.

Given the potential good news that some contributors seem to think is in the offing, pbi may well be go....but when?
