I rate posts Up or Down depending on whether I agree or disagree with them (By the way, how do you know it was me? (Is there a HC option to see who rates post up or down?).
A suggestion, if I may Stefan..... rather than emailing management, why not give them a call? It's hard to get a good indication via email/writing - ie when you speak with someone, it's easier to tell whether they have a positive view of the company.
