The Lemon and Lime app for festivals is already built and being used by many major festivals here in Australia. I am guessing the next step would be to target festivals and event management companies on a more global basis. This gives Lemon and Lime two big vertical markets to target in Event Management companies and Universities globally; thats a pretty massive opportunity IMO in its own right. Imagine if we picked up 1000 Universities globally, which i'm sure over time would be achievable; that could be worth over $20 million in revenue, based on the price of an average app sale! Then there is the potential ad revenues within the app on top of that, plus possible on-going support and update fees etc.
Then as you have rightly pointed out there are many other vertical markets this app solution could be tweaked for.
LEMON + LIME = CASH COW, IMO!
