Just to add, I am just not seeing any bubble type valuations across the sector yet. Most REE plays are well off there highs...
Looks at GBE for example, 2 Heavy REE plays (south of PEK) and $200m IGV Niobium JORC deposit, yet have a market cap of $27m. You don't see this type of value in a bubble.
Yes, NTU saw a big run up on Rock chips (damn good rock chips)... but that was backed buy corporate activity (LYC buying).
