Sorry brett, but this is a ridiculous comment. I bet there are multiple more non-holders(retail and institutional)than holders on the sidelines waiting for clarification through the likes of resource upgrade and dfs. The lack of transparency keeps long-term investors away especially those with deep pockets who are responsible for other people's money. Without this they dont buy and the sp is where it is. For example, maybe because of this the company is facing a cr at $2 instead of $4?
