Well, if AGS is worth $450m now, GIR has a multiple of atleast 3 immediately in front of it once the quality and depth of the U is confirmed. Aside from that, GIR can offer shareholders further value via Zinc and IO spin-offs.
As I understand it, GIR may also offer Heathgate a much shorter route to production ramp up due to their proximity to the existing Bev mine, hence their obvious attractiveness.
Like PT, I've been accumulating these since Nov and have watched others do the same. Whether it's 'insiders' only they could know, but I see little downside from here. Others are welcome to sell to me if they disagree.
