I am not trying to offend you, but you are very puzzling to me. You said earlier
1. You are retired so I am assuming you are not young
2. You no longer care if this deal goes ahead you just want it to start trading again despite the fact you have $80k in the stock. Surely a delay of a month or two would be far preferential if the deal ultimately goes ahead in some form?
What especially makes no sense if why you think bombarding them with calls will assist in either closing the deal or expedite the lifting of the suspension. Emotion is an investors worst enemy, I think you really need to step back and pragmatically look at the situation.
